Hollandaise Sauce - Dairy Free

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg yolks and lemon juice for 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
  • 2 melt margarine ina saucepan and slowly pour hot margarine into egg mixture, beating at high speed until fluffy.
