- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients, blend but don't worry about lumps.
- 2 refrigerate 1/2 hour.
- 3 grease generously 8 muffin cups.
- 4 fill each 3/4 full.
- 5 place pan in a cold oven.

- 7 don't open oven while their cooking or they fall.
