Fruit Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2/3 cup fage greek yogurt
  • 8 -10 blueberries
  • 3 medium sized strawberries
  • 5 -6 raspberries
  • 5 -6 blackberries
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla, protein mix
  • 2 teaspoons equal sugar substitute (2 packets)

Recipe

  • 1 blended it in my magic bullet.
