- 1 bunch kale, thinly sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced beet
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, toss together kale, beets and lemon zest. add lemon juice, olive oil and salt. toss well.
- 2 set aside for 10 minutes or until wilted slightly.
