Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 lemons, rind of
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 quart club soda
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 place the ginger, lemon rind, sugar, and homey in a bowl and add the boiling water. cool, refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, and strain. when ready to serve, add the club soda.
