- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 drain the lychees, reserving their syrup.
- 2 coarsely chop the lychee then combine all ingredients including the reserved syrup.
- 3 freeze according to the directions for your ice cream maker.
