Lychee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (20 ounce) can lychees
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lime, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 drain the lychees, reserving their syrup.
  • 2 coarsely chop the lychee then combine all ingredients including the reserved syrup.
  • 3 freeze according to the directions for your ice cream maker.
