Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 lbs large heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 add tomato slices, tossing gently to coat.
- 3 refrigerate till chilled and serve.
