Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes With Mustard And Dill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 lbs large heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 add tomato slices, tossing gently to coat.
  • 3 refrigerate till chilled and serve.
