Hot Water Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 3 ounces margarine
- 4 ounces water
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 heat margarine and water till margarine melts; quickly bring to a boil.
- 2 place flour salt and egg yolk in a food processor. start food processor and pour hot liquid in through the chute. mix till a dough forms using knife blade.
- 3 place dough on a floured board or cloth and knead till smooth.
- 4 place in plastic bag and let rest 30 minutes.
- 5 use as needed.
