Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 packets equal sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
