Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large field mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons moroccan seasoning
Recipe
- 1 peel and core mushrooms.
- 2 mix oil and seasoning together and spread over the gills of the mushrooms.
- 3 allow to marinate for 1/2 hour.
- 4 pan fry over medium heat to allow mushrooms to soften.
- 5 mushrooms to soften.
- 6 serve as desired.
