Mom's Summer Delight

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup fresh peach, cut in pieces
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh seedless grapes (you can add additional fruit such as raspberries, kiwi, melon - but no frozen or canned fruit!)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 place all of fruit in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle brown sugar over the top of fruit, then spread sour cream over top of that.
  • 2 cover with plastic wrap.
  • 3 refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • 4 mix together then serve.
