Ingredients

- 3/4 pint cold brewed tea
- 12 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces apricots, chopped
- 1 1/4 lbs dried fruit
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups self-raising flour (heaped cups)
Recipe
- 1 soak the apricots, sugar and dried fruit overnight in the cold tea.
- 2 stir in morning.
- 3 add egg and flour.
- 4 bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°f.
