Fruit Punch Gelatin Squares (uses 100% Juice)

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 3 (1/4 ounce) packets unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin (4 serving size, cherry or raspberry)
  • 1 cup water, heated to boiling
  • 1 cup cold 100% juice fruit punch
  • 3 cups fruit punch, heated to boiling

Recipe

  • 1 stir flavored gelatin into 1 cup boiling water until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 in large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold juice and let stand 1 minute.
  • 3 add hot juice and flavored gelatin mix into cold juice mixture and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • 4 pour into 13x9x2-inch pan and refrigerate until firm (3-4 hours).
  • 5 cut into squares to serve.
