Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup margarine, melted
- pie crust
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- 2 add all ingredients and mix well.
- 3 pour into unbaked pie crust.
- 4 bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
- 5 lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
- 6 let cool before serving.
