Saffron Kulfi

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 600 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons saffron
  • 450 ml evaporated milk
  • 6 tablespoons caster sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place all the ingredients in a pan and heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves. remove from the heat and allow to cool. pour into individual moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
  • 2 turn the kulfi out serving plates and top each with a sliver of gold or silver leaf; serve immediately.
