Ingredients

- 600 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons saffron
- 450 ml evaporated milk
- 6 tablespoons caster sugar
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in a pan and heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves. remove from the heat and allow to cool. pour into individual moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- 2 turn the kulfi out serving plates and top each with a sliver of gold or silver leaf; serve immediately.
