Saffron Lassi (kesar Lassi)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups balkan thick full fat yogurt, chilled
  • 3 -4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 dash rose water

Recipe

  • 1 add saffron to hot water and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • 2 mix saffron water with rest of the ingredients and serve immediately.
