Sacred Heart Soup

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomatoes (i use italian style)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (i also add a whole onion, chopped)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans green beans, undrained
  • 20 -25 baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot. don't forget to add the lipton chicken noodle soup mix!
  • 2 season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, italian seasonings, curry - whatever you prefer. you can also add beef bouillon and some lea & perrins.
  • 3 cover with water. boil fast for 10 minutes.
  • 4 reduce to a simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
  • 5 if it's too bland, add more spices!
