Sacred Heart Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomatoes (i use italian style)
- 3 green onions, chopped (i also add a whole onion, chopped)
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 -3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans green beans, undrained
- 20 -25 baby carrots, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot. don't forget to add the lipton chicken noodle soup mix!
- 2 season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, italian seasonings, curry - whatever you prefer. you can also add beef bouillon and some lea & perrins.
- 3 cover with water. boil fast for 10 minutes.
- 4 reduce to a simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
- 5 if it's too bland, add more spices!
