Ruth's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 mix sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- 3 mix 1/2 sauce mixture into meatloaf ingredients. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. top with remaining sauce and continue baking 20 minutes longer or until done - 160 degrees.
