- 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 toss all ingredients together.
- 2 bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
- 3 stir after 30 minutes.
