- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 onion, quartered
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup plain hemp milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place broccoli, onion, and garlic on prepared baking sheet. bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. let cool.
- 2 transfer to blender. add broth and milk and process until smooth.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
