Ingredients
- 1 large roasted red pepper, seeded (homemade or from a jar)
 - 1 slice bread, crusts removed and torn into small pieces
 - 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
Recipe
- 1 puree bell pepper, bread, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth.
 - 2 pour into a small bowl.
 - 3 cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
 - 4 serve with corn cakes.
