Ingredients

- 1 lb snow peas or 1 lb sugar snap pea, ends snipped and strings removed, left whole
- 2 nectarines, washed, stone removed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a heavy fry pan or wok.
- 2 when the oil in sizzling add the nectarines and peas, stir fry for apprx 2 minutes, serve hot.
