Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (no substitutions)
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 -4 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve matcha powder in hot water.
  • 2 in a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
