Ingredients
- 1 quart apple cider vinegar
- hot water
Recipe
- 1 start filling your bathtub with the hottest water you can stand.
- 2 add entire quart of vinegar to running water.
- 3 soak in bath for at least twenty minutes, the longer the better.
- 4 dry off and get in your warmest, coziest jammies.
- 5 crawl into bed and sweat and sleep for about 8 hours.
- 6 wake up and feel better!
