- 1 lb lebanon bologna
- 3 hardboiled egg
- 4 sweet gherkins
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 put bologna, eggs, and pickles into a food. processor 1 at a time and transfer to a bowl. add mayo and mix well. use more or less whip to your taste. it should be firm and not runny.
