- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen juice concentrate, thawed
- 3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk or 3/4 cup skim milk
- wooden stick
- paper cups
Recipe
- 1 combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk.
- 2 pour into 6 or 7 small paper cups.
- 3 freeze until partially set and insert a wooden stick into centre of each.
- 4 freeze until firm.
- 5 peel off paper cup when ready to serve.
