Fruit Medley Punch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 della robbia ice ring (optional)
  • 20 ounces frozen strawberries (2 pk;strawberries are to be the ones frozen in syrup)
  • 3 cups apricot nectar, chilled
  • 3 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed (no water added)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Recipe

  • 1 prepare ice ring, if used in advance.
  • 2 in a blender container, puree straw- berries.
  • 3 in punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar,water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dis- solves.
  • 4 slowly pour in ginger ale; add della robbia ice ring, if desired.
