Fruit Medley Punch
Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 della robbia ice ring (optional)
- 20 ounces frozen strawberries (2 pk;strawberries are to be the ones frozen in syrup)
- 3 cups apricot nectar, chilled
- 3 cups water, cold
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed (no water added)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Recipe
- 1 prepare ice ring, if used in advance.
- 2 in a blender container, puree straw- berries.
- 3 in punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar,water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dis- solves.
- 4 slowly pour in ginger ale; add della robbia ice ring, if desired.
