Fruit Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 fresh lemon rind, grated
  • 1 orange rind, grated
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 place the first 5 ingredients into a pan an put aside.
  • 2 place egg, cold water and cornflour in a bowl and beat well.
  • 3 add to the fruit mixture in the pan and bring to the boil stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
  • 4 place in the fridge to chill.
  • 5 when cold fold into whipped cream and chill ready to serve.
  • 6 serve with your favorite fruits.
