Madras Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers (grated)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons celery (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion (grated)

Recipe

  • 1 add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender.
  • 2 consistency is thin.
  • 3 chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
