Ingredients
- 3/4 cup roasted red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon red vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced rinsed capers
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. serve immediately or cover and let stand at room temperature for up to 4 hours.
