Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
- 6 -12 canned anchovy fillets
- finely minced garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place roasted red peppers on plate.
- 2 place 2-3 anchovy fillets on peppers( more if desired).
- 3 add desired amount of minced garlic( jarred is best).
- 4 add extra virgin oil as desired.
- 5 enjoy the great combination of flavors.
