Homemade Chow Mein Noodles Jow Mein

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked, patted dry
  • 4 cups peanut oil, for deep fat frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut cooked noodles into 4 inch pieces.( i just used whole they break pretty easily ).
  • 2 the oil will rise up when you add noodles be careful
  • 3 put noodles in peanut oil at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 minute.
  • 4 crank up oil to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 5 cook noodles again until browned, stirring constantly.
  • 6 remove and add salt if desired.
