Homemade Chow Mein Noodles Jow Mein

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked, patted dry
- 4 cups peanut oil, for deep fat frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cut cooked noodles into 4 inch pieces.( i just used whole they break pretty easily ).
- 2 the oil will rise up when you add noodles be careful
- 3 put noodles in peanut oil at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 minute.
- 4 crank up oil to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
- 5 cook noodles again until browned, stirring constantly.
- 6 remove and add salt if desired.
