Meringue Pile

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 egg whites
  • 350 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 400 g strawberries (or other desired fruit plums, kiwi fruit, papaya)

Recipe

  • 1 to make meringue:.
  • 2 preheat oven to 100 degrees celcius.
  • 3 beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
