Layered Strawberry Squares

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container bib-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 18 graham crackers

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2 add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
  • 3 meanwhile, slice strawberries, reserving a few for garnish and sprinkle with sugar.
  • 4 fold whipped topping into gelatin, blending well.
  • 5 fold in strawberries.
  • 6 place 9 graham crackers in bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  • 7 spread half the gelatin mixture over crackers.
  • 8 repeat layers.
  • 9 chill until firm, approximately 3 hours.
  • 10 cut into squares.
  • 11 garnish with reserved strawberries.
