Honey And Sultana Scones

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt (natural)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup milk (whole)
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sultana
Recipe
- 1 combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl, then beat in the milk, flour and salt.
- 2 stir in the sultanas and knead dough on a lightly-floured board and shape into a round about 1 inch thick.
- 3 cut into rounds and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 4 glaze with a little milk and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
