Helen Jane’s Sangria Recipe

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup grand marnier
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 1 1/2 liters pinot grigio wine or 1 1/2 liters sauvignon blanc wine

Recipe

  • 1 throw all the fruit in bottom of a large pitcher or punch bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 2 pour 1/2 cup rum on top of the fruit and let it sit for about an hour.
  • 3 pour the big bottle of wine in there with about 2 cups of grape juice. add more sugar if you need it.
  • 4 stir, add ice cubes and chill.
