- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened cherries
- 6 almonds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4-1/2 cup ice
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine all ingredients except ice. blend together, adding small amounts of ice as needed.
- 2 freeze overnight before serving.
