Sackville Canary Omelette

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 dash cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 vegetarian sausage, smoked" or" spiced
  • olive oil, for spritzing

Recipe

  • 1 cut the veggie sausage into thin slices.
  • 2 spritz a frying pan and start sauteing the sausage slices.
  • 3 scramble the eggs with the cream, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • 4 arrange the sausage slices in the pan so they are in one layer.
  • 5 pour the egg over the sausage slices.
  • 6 let cook until set.
  • 7 flip over and let cook for another 20 seconds.
