S And M Smoothie ;)

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and diced
  • 6 -7 strawberries, washed hulled, and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 you may need to stop to stir ingredients.
