- 1 cup mango, peeled and diced
- 6 -7 strawberries, washed hulled, and cut into quarters
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey (to taste)
- 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in blender.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 you may need to stop to stir ingredients.
