oatmeal chocolate coconut macaroons

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • mix oats, coconut, and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
  • bring sugar, butter, and milk to a boil in saucepan, stirring occasionally; remove immediately from heat and stir into oat mixture.
  • drop 15 spoonfuls of batter a sheet of waxed paper. cool to room temperature before serving.
