- 6 red bell peppers
- 1 roasted onion
- 1 roasted garlic, bulb
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken stock

- butter

- pepper
- green onion
- cilantro
Recipe
- 1 fire roast:.
- 2 peppers, onion, and garlic.
- 3 remove skins, seeds and stems.
