Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (healthy Version)

Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers (from a jar)
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning (any flavor will do)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine the roasted red peppers and mrs. dash in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into small bowl and combine with plain yogurt.
  • 4 spoon over sliced meat and serve.
