Ingredients

- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 put tomatoes in a 2 quart saucepan; add sugar and heat to almost boiling.
- 2 stir flour into sour cream until smooth.
- 3 add to tomatoes and bring to a boil just long enough to thicken, stirring constantly.
- 4 add salt and pepper.
