Homemade "jello" (gelatine)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1/4 ounce) packet knox gelatin powder
- 2 cups 100% fruit juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit (optional)
Recipe
- 1 soften gelatine in 1/2 cup of the juice.
- 2 put remaining juice into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 3 remove from heat and add softened gelatine and sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
- 4 add fresh fruit, if using and pour into mold and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
