- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup flaked coconut

- mix together sugar, flour, and nutmeg. beat in eggs. add milk and butter or margarine, and stir. stir in coconut. pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
- bake at 425 degrees f (220 degrees ) for 25 minutes.
