Coconut Cream Pie Iii

ingredients

  • servings: 1
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

recipe

  • mix together sugar, flour, and nutmeg. beat in eggs. add milk and butter or margarine, and stir. stir in coconut. pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
  • bake at 425 degrees f (220 degrees ) for 25 minutes.
