- 4 -6 tomatoes, unpeeled
- 3 -4 roasted jalapeno peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped (green parts only)
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- salt
Recipe
- 1 place tomatoes on a baking sheet and broil, turning often, until skins are charred, 3-4 minutes.
- 2 in a blender, pulse charred tomatoes and remaining ingredients until thick and slightly chunky. refrigerate for an hour before serving.
