Roasted Sweet Salsa

Ingredients
- 10 -12 large tomatoes, cut in 1/2
- 3 -4 large tomatoes, diced
- 4 jalapeno peppers (more or less depending on your heat wants)
- 1 bulb of garlic (i like garlic so you may want to use less)
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 start by putting the ½ tomatoes, peppers and bulb of garlic on the grill. keep the tomatoes on until the skins fall off, but take them off before they get too mushy. i let the peppers and garlic on until they are blackened.
- 2 skin and chop the tomatoes up into a bowl.
- 3 skin and remove the seeds from the peppers (you can leave the seeds if you want it hotter).
- 4 mince the garlic and add to the tomatoes.
- 5 finely chop and add green onions and cilantro.
- 6 cube the 3-4 fresh tomatoes and add.
- 7 squeeze in the juice of the lime.
- 8 add honey to taste.
- 9 let chill for 3-4 hours.
