Roasted Rosemary Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 1/2 lbs rump roast
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place roast in a slow cooker that has been coated with non stick spray.
  • 2 combine seasoning ingredients together.
  • 3 turn slow cooker on low.
  • 4 lightly rub roast with olive oil.then rub on seasoning --
  • 5 cook on low for 24 hours.
