- 2 lbs red potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon greek seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and salt.
- 2 spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 3 bake at 425 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
- 4 stir after 20 minutes.
