Roasted Red Potatoes Greek

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 lbs red potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon greek seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and salt.
  • 2 spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • 3 bake at 425 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
  • 4 stir after 20 minutes.
