Peach Custard Pie With Agave Nectar

Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell (9-inch )
- 4 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches (about 5)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs.
- 2 add the agave nectar and milk and beat well.
- 3 add the peaches and stir.
- 4 pour into the pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 5 turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake for another 45-55 minutes or until it tests clean.
