Peach Custard Pie With Agave Nectar

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish pie shell (9-inch )
  • 4 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches (about 5)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 beat the eggs.
  • 2 add the agave nectar and milk and beat well.
  • 3 add the peaches and stir.
  • 4 pour into the pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 5 turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake for another 45-55 minutes or until it tests clean.
